In this position, you will focus on building and retaining relationships with senior defense stakeholders, developing tailored service proposals, and leading the full sales process from identification through to contract award and delivery. You'll work closely with service, engineering, and technical teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

The Role:
- Identify and win new service agreement opportunities with the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior defense stakeholders.
- Lead the full sales process including proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor defense acquisition programs, procurement cycles, and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
The Person:
- Proven track record in sales or business development within defense, government contracting, or maritime MRO.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Navy / Coast Guard procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and acquisition programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Eligible to work on government contracts (active security clearance preferred, or ability to obtain one)
