Great opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established and successful manufacturer in a pivotal role where you'll be a central figure support the sales function.
On offer is a part-time FTC role, working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced and interesting Coordinator role.
This specialist manufacturer who have recently celebrated their 20th Anniversary specialise in designing and manufacturing products for the oil/gas industry. They pride themselves on having
an excellent working culture. Due to staff's maternity, they are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to fill in this position in their absence.
In this role you'll be providing administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and wider Sales team. This role will involve smooth running of daily sales operations, effective diary and travel management, efficient coordination of meetings, communications, and events.
This is a maternity cover fixed term contract, offered on a part-time basis between 6-8 months.
This role would suit someone with a sales support/administration background, looking for part-time role, working for a growing company that pride themselves on having a great working environment.
THE ROLE:
*Providing administration support to the sales team
*Travel/diary management, coordinating meetings/communications
*FTC - 6-8 months, part time - Tuesdays & Wednesdays
THE PERSON:
*Sales Administrator/Coordinator experience
*Highly organised and great communicator
