A growing manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Engineering Project Leader to lead the development, installation, and start-up of new assembly lines and robotic systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge equipment and make a real impact on production capabilities.
An excellent opportunity is available to join a market-leading organization known for designing and manufacturing innovative assembly and welding solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Engineering Project Leader to oversee new model equipment development and installation.
In this role, you will lead the planning, design, and installation of new assembly lines and automation cells, collaborating closely with equipment vendors, integrators, and internal teams. You'll have the chance to implement emerging technologies and optimize production processes.
The Role
- Lead the installation, setup, and commissioning of new assembly lines and robotic automation cells
- Oversee modifications and upgrades to existing production lines and welding fixtures
- Collaborate with equipment vendors, integrators, and internal teams to plan, schedule, and execute project milestones
The Candidate
- Hands-on experience with installing, setting up, and troubleshooting robotic systems and new production lines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CAD software
