Level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Building Surveys
Contract Role - 12 months + - Full flexibility on days and hours
Average Earnings Between £300-£800 per day

Are you Residential Building Surveyor with experience in L2 Homebuyers and L3 Building Surveys, looking for a long-term contract role where you will have complete flexibility over your working hours?

Are you looking for an immediately available contract role within an expanding company that can offer a long-term flexible contract?
My client requires an AssocRICS/MRICS or FRICS qualified Building Surveyor to join them on a contract basis due to rapid expansion and a full order book. You will have complete autonomy to work any days and hours you wish.

In this role you will be remotely based and completing surveys in your local area. The majority of surveyors will typically complete 2 surveys a day however if you want to do more or less that is entirely your choice.
You will have a dedicated admin team that arrange everything with the client and other external parties. You will be sent a pack regarding the survey required and location and will be responsible for attending, surveying, and completing reports within 48 hours. You will conduct and complete Level 2 Homebuyer surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys.
Surveyors are paid 40% of the completed survey cost. This is variable on the cost of surveys, number of surveys completed and location, but you could typically earn anywhere from £400 - £800+ pd.
