Renewables Manager - Solar PV

Southampton / Site Based (covering areas in Bournemouth, Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey)

£50,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Flexible hours + Vehicle/Car Allowance + Progression + Private Healthcare + Pension + Holiday

Do you have experience as a manager within the renewable energy field, looking for a new venture with a very established company, giving you the chance to head up their renewables department?

On offer is the opportunity to join a dynamic business, where you will directly affect the trajectory of the company through taking project quotes and enquiries through contract tendering.

This company is a specialist contractor within the domestic and commercial construction sector. Through their foothold within the marketplace and winning new contracts, they now require a Renewables Manager to take in a lead role in managing the full lifecycle of Solar PV projects.

In this role, you will also be provided the opportunity to work on exciting EV and Heat Pump projects as well as Solar PV whilst playing an integral part of the business and helping them to expand.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the future success of a purpose driven business, whilst progression your career into a senior position by forming a renewables division team.

The Role:
- Conduct site surveys on domestic and construction sites for Solar PV Projects.
- Estimating the costs of projects.
- Taking contract enquiries all the way through to the tender stage.
- Manage the full renewable energy projects lifecycle.

The Applicant:
- Experience in managing MCS Projects.
- Experience with Estimation and contract tendering.
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems.
- Valid UK driving license.
