In this role, you'll focus on root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, and long-term reliability strategies. You'll work hands-on with data, SAP, and critical equipment lists, while also training and supporting the maintenance team. Your influence will extend beyond technical tasks - you'll be shaping culture, safety, and performance at a strategic level.

The Role

  • Lead root cause and failure analysis across plant equipment.
  • Develop and implement MTTR/MTBF KPIs, FMEAs, and critical equipment lists.
  • Optimize preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Provide training, support, and technical guidance to engineers and technicians.


The Person

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong background in reliability, maintenance, or process engineering.
  • Knowledge of SAP CMMS systems preferred.
