Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 + 401k (Immediate Vesting) + 3 Weeks PTO + Specialist Training + Tuition Assistance


Location: Boca Raton, FL (Commutable from: Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach)

You will lead groundbreaking projects, utilizing cutting-edge tools like Weibull Analysis and Six Sigma to optimize the performance of niche process equipment while receiving extensive specialist training to further your technical mastery.

The Role:

  • Technical Leadership: Take full ownership of the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process for all new and existing assets.
  • Innovation & Design: Participate in site acceptance testing and develop high-level acceptance criteria for state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Advanced Analysis: Utilize Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and FMEA to eliminate repetitive failures and identify efficiency gains.
  • Recognition: Act as the primary technical consultant to operations management, providing critical feedback on system performance and compliance.

The Candidate:

  • Must have a background in Reliability Engineering within a pharmaceutical or biological manufacturing environment.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience with process equipment, specifically pumps, centrifuges, and fluid flow systems.
