Quarry Manager
Commutable from Poole, Dorchester, Blandford Forum and surrounding areas. .
£45,000-£50,000 + Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm (37.5hrs) + Performance Based Bonus up to 10% + Holiday + Pension + Days + Benefits

The day to day responsibilities for this role will be overseeing all related production activities including health & safety, quality and ongoing continuous improvements. The successful candidate will lead teams across a site and be able to stamp their own mark on the role

The Role:
*Oversee production activities on site
*Ensuring quality, KPIs and health & safety standards are met
The Person:
*Quarry Manager
*Background working in a quarry or mining or similar industry
*Knowledge & experience working to EHS standards
*Holding a formal qualification in mining/ quarry/ geology (BSc, BTEC, HND, NVQ etc)
