Quantity Surveyor - Engineering / Oil & Gas / Industrial Projects
Teesside, Northeast UK (Commutable from Middlesbrough, Darlington, Newton Aycliffe, Hartlepool)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Annual Bonus + Hybrid Working + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

In this role you will be based at the Darlington office with hybrid flexibility. Responsibilities include managing project cost and value, handling variations, producing forecasts and reports, and ensuring strong commercial performance across a range of engineering projects.

The Role:
- Quantity Surveying for engineering, energy, and industrial projects
- Managing costs, variations, forecasts, and valuations
- 37-hour working week, Tue-Thurs in office with Mon & Fri WFH
The Person:
- Quantity Surveying experience within Oil & Gas, Engineering, or Industrial Construction
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
