Excellent opportunity on for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join an innovative and rapidly growing Modular construction company.

This company are leading off-site construction specialists who have established a great reputation in the UK and consistently create high quality modular buildings, which has led to fast growth of the business. They predominantly work within healthcare, education and many more sectors. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
In this role you will have full commercial responsibility and will be tasked with playing a key role in finalising tender submissions and negotiating main contract positions on residential and commercial projects varying in value. You will be involved in the projects in various stages, ensuring reports and cost control reviews are managed on time, providing advice and findings to the Project Managers. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and contractors so will need the ability to work to tight deadlines.
This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with vast experience in the construction industry who is RICS accredited, working on a variety of construction projects in different sectors.

The Person:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Construction industry
- MRICS required
- Driver's License
- Positive and ambitious
