£25,000-£28,000 + Training + Progression + Holiday + Company Pension

This well-established company are currently going through a period of steady expansion and specialise in the production of aggregate products to major firms nationwide. They pride themselves on their eye for detail, expert techniques and design advice.

The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to conduct a range of tasks including quality checks, reporting faults and ensuring all quality standards are being met across the site. The successful candidate will oversee a team of Quality Technicians and be part of continuous projects longer term.

The ideal candidate will be someone with Quality Assurance knowledge, working in a production or manufacturing environment and have leadership experience.

The Role:
*Conducting quality checks, inspection and improvements
*Working closely with a team of Quality Technicians
*Reporting product faults and issues

The Person:
*Site Worker
*Background working in engineering, production, construction, agricultural all considered.
