Quality Manager
Providence, RI
$140,000 - $200,000 + Bonus + 401k + Medical + Dental + Vision + Funded Certifications + Progression to Director
Are you a Quality Manager, looking to play a key role in strengthening and evolving an established Quality function within a growing organization, while working closely with leadership to support long-term improvements and business goals?
On offer is the opportunity to take ownership of Quality across two sites in a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective QMS, while building on existing processes, supporting audit readiness, and driving practical improvements across the manufacturing operation.
This company are a specialist manufacturer serving a diverse range of industries, they are currently experiencing strong growth across the US. With consistent expansion and investment in their operations, they are focused on building a robust and scalable Quality function to support this next phase.
On offer is the chance to step into a leadership role where you will work cross-functionally to support Quality initiatives. You will lead internal and external audits, oversee AS9100D compliance, manage customer quality matters, and develop your team while aligning improvements with the company's culture and ways of working.
This role would suit a Quality Manager from electronics or other regulated manufacturing environments (aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical) who takes a balanced, hands-on approach to improvement, and is comfortable implementing change in a collaborative and structured way.
The Role:
- Develop and implement the Quality Management System across two manufacturing sites
- Drive root cause, CAPA and continuous improvement across manufacturing
- Develop and elevate the Quality team
- Progress into Quality Director
The Candidate:
- Proven Quality leadership experience
- Background in electronics or high-reliability manufacturing
- Audit leadership & corrective action ownership
- Ambition to progress toward Director-level responsibility
