Quality Engineering Manager

Are you an experienced Quality Engineering leader looking for the autonomy to shape a Quality function, drive ISO 9001 compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across a manufacturing operation?

This company is continuing to invest heavily in its manufacturing and quality infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening QMS processes, leading audits and driving defect prevention strategies across production and supplier networks.
This is a high-impact leadership position offering long-term stability, clear progression potential, and the chance to implement meaningful, data-driven improvements across the organization.
The Role:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team including QA Technicians
- Own and enhance the Quality Management System
- Develop and track key quality performance metrics
The Person:
- Experience in manufacturing quality within heavy industrial, capital equipment, or similar industries
- Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 and maintaining Quality Management Systems
