Quality Engineer

£30,000 - £35,000

Option for 4-day week

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with a background in mechanical products within the oil & gas or petrochemical sector, looking to take the next step in your career within a highly regulated engineering environment?

In this role, you'll gain exposure to industry-leading standards and frameworks, including ASME, PED, and ATEX, while working closely with experienced engineers and quality professionals.

You'll be a key part of a collaborative team, driving continuous improvement, supporting compliance, and ensuring high standards are maintained across production. The Role:

  • Investigate nonconformities and complaints, identifying root causes and corrective actions
  • Support incoming goods checks and liaise with suppliers and internal teams
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including ITPs and Quality Plans

The Candidate:

  • Experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Basic awareness of quality processes and standards
