Property Maintenance Technician (Multi-trade)
£30,000 - £36,000 + On-the -job Training + Progression + Birthday Leave + Company Van + Health and Wellness Programme
Field-Based, Commutable from Bristol, Bath and Surrounding areas

On offer is the chance for a Qualified Carpenter to join an ambitious team as a valued member of this exciting company. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance works from minor maintenance and repair works to carpentry and full kitchen and bathroom fitting.
This role would suit an ambitious Carpenter looking to expand their current skillset and become a fundamental element of an exciting company where you will have the opportunity to develop technically, with the potential to massively boost your annual earnings with premium overtime.
The Role:
- All Carpentry and General Installation and Repair works in a range of properties
- Opportunity to gain additional skills and experience
- 40 hrs a week, covering a local patch of Bristol and Bath
The Candidate:
- NVQ (Level 2/3) in Carpentry (or similar)
- UK Drivers License
- Motivated and willing to learn and develop
