Solar Project Manager - Progress to Director
$130,000 - $150,000 + 25% Bonus + Training + Progression + 401K + Healthcare Package + Oversee a team of 28.
Rockville, MD - Commutable from Washington D.C. Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Potomac, Gaithersburg, Silver Spring.
Are you a Project Manager with Commercial Solar experience looking to take the next step in your career and step up into the position of Director of Clean Energy? In this role you will be responsible for overseeing 4 Project Managers each with teams of 7 beneath them. You will conduct training sessions for members of your team. You will also liaise between the Project Managers and the company Vice President.

The Role
- Oversee 4 Project Managers each with teams of 7 beneath them. (28 total).
- Conduct training sessions for members of your team.
- Liaise between the Project Managers and the company Vice President.
The Person
- Background in Commercial Solar.
- Project Management experience.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction fields.
