Salary: $80,000- $120,000 (DOE) + 15 days PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + 401(k) + Medical Benefits

Charlotte, North Carolina (Relocation Package available)

In this role, you will be based in the Charlotte office where you will have the exciting opportunity to work on a combination of big Commercial, High-Rise, and Industrial projects within the MEP Construction Industry worth between $1m to $10m.

You will be a key member in the Construction team, leading your own team in the completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing job progress, overseeing job budgets, meet with clients and to maintain existing relationships.

The role:

  • Oversee each Job assigned.
  • Oversee Job budgets.
  • Negotiate material prices with vendors.
  • Make regular job site inspections.

The Person:

  • Experience in Commercial Plumbing or HVAC.
  • Experience as a Project Manager.
  • US Work Authorization
  • A Valid Driving License.
