In this role, you'll manage end-to-end mechanical automation projects, ensuring clear scope, structured communication and successful delivery. You'll collaborate with engineers, technicians and senior leadership while running customer meetings, developing project documentation, and improving project management processes.

The Role:
- Manage full lifecycle mechanical/automation projects
- Lead weekly customer meetings, status updates, and reporting (Via video calls)
- Conduct morning stand-ups, set priorities, and drive progress against deliverables
- Implement and refine project processes within an evolving project management office
The Person:
- Project Management experience in automation or mechanical machinery projects
- Strong project management fundamentals (scheduling, status customer reporting
- Comfortable developing processes and creating your own structure
