Project Manager (Machining)
$90,000 - $105,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + PTO + 401k + progression

The company operate on a global scale and have a fantastic reputation within their industry, manufacturing a variety of products across multiple markets. Due to their ongoing success, they are now expanding and looking to bring on a Project Manager into their Manufacturing team.
In this role, you'll lead high-impact projects from concept through to completion, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong background in machining or manufacturing, and confident in customer-facing interactions.
The Role:
- Lead and deliver a wide range of complex manufacturing projects
- Manage pre-manufacturing scheduling, applying strong technical knowledge and maintaining clear communication with customers
- Provide day-to-day project leadership, coordinating across multiple departments
- Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain detailed project reports to keep both internal leadership and customers informed
The Person:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working within the machining or manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in customer-facing interactions
- Background in Automotive, Aerospace, Space, Gas Turbine, Defense, or similar high-precision industries is highly desirable
