£55,000 - £65,000 + Management and Directorship Progression + Electric Car+ 33-Days Holiday + 10-15% Company + Private Pension + Christmas Shutdown + EV Charger Installation + Hybrid Work
Office / Field Based: Commutable from Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Swindon, Oxford and Surrounding Areas

On offer is the opportunity for someone to join a rapidly expanding company with full Training provided into becoming a leader / eventually an ops manager and director, where you will be responsible for supporting the companies clients within the office and carrying out occasional site visits to oversee projects whilst leading a team.
This role would suit a Project Manager with experience working with Sprinkler systems looking to take the next step up into management and eventually Directorship, passing across your technical expertise to the team.
