In this role you will be responsible for directing, monitoring and managing exciting commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for quality control, scheduling, budgets, interpreting plans, purchasing and closeout. You should be able to communicate effectively with all critical stakeholders, making changes and adjustments where necessary to execute a project within the required timescales.

The Role

  • Oversee successful completion of project
  • Responsible for quality control, scheduling, budgets, plans, purchasing and closeout
  • Ensure clear lines of communication with the owner, subcontractors and all personnel on the project
  • $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus + Insurances + Training + Progression Available
