Do you have experience managing building refurbishment and building construction projects and have a desire to get involved with exciting and cutting-edge renewable energy projects?
This company are a leading energy company with a track record of being able to provide people with a great job security and a job for life. As a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to help them continue with that growth.
The successful candidate will be working within the company's property and estates team which oversees the development, planning and strategy for the company's vast array of buildings. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of major project works from inception to completion. These projects will include property refurbishments and new builds. This role will be based in Dublin with hybrid working available and occasional site visits when needed.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager who has good experience managing building refurbishment and construction projects. They will have knowledge of building regulations and planning compliance as well as experience with procurement and stakeholder management. They must also have a driving license and be commutable to Dublin at least 2-days a week.
