Product Development Manager

Glasgow (Commutable from: Hamilton, Coatbridge, East Kilbride, Paisley, and Cumbernauld)


Are you a Project / Product Manager from an Engineering or Electronics background, looking to join a global market leader in an fully autonomous role, with further progression opportunities?

On offer is a highly varied role, where you will lead project teams and manage the product development process from start to finish, with long term career prospects.

The ideal candidate will come from a Power Electronics or related background, with previous product development project management experience.

This role will suit someone looking for a technically challenging and varied role within a global business, offering fantastic training and a long term career path.

The Role:

  • Managing product development projects within the power electronics industry
  • Working closely with the customer, factory and R&D teams, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed timescale
  • Responsible for costs, schedules, and meeting specifications
  • Monitoring project status, identifying quality issues, and continuous improvement
  • Monday to Friday, office based role with hybrid working options


The Person:

  • Project / Product Manager
  • Product development experience
  • Engineering background / qualification
  • Ideally experience within power electronics / EV charging / industrial vehicles / batteries / similar
