Project Engineer - Capital Projects Lead (Pharma)

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + 5% Bonus + Relocation Assistance + 401k (Immediate Vesting) + 3 Weeks PTO + Medical + Dental + Vision

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Commutable from: Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach)

You will lead the design and troubleshooting of niche process systems while working within a flexible Monday to Friday schedule that offers relocation assistance for the right technical expert.

This role would suit a Senior Project Engineer looking leadership role where they can lead groundbreaking projects and be recognized as a technical expert in the field.

The Role:

  • Technical Lead: Manage the full lifecycle of big equipment and facility projects, including design, procurement, and installation.
  • Pioneering Projects: Interpret P&IDs, lead AutoCAD design, and utilize statistical analysis to ensure world-class project delivery.
  • Succession & Impact: Mould the department by leading technical writing for FDA submissions, CAPAs, and change controls.
  • Recognition: Act as the primary consultant for the facility's most critical capital investments.

The Candidate:

  • Pharma Veteran: Must have a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical Depth: Proficient in equipment design, P&IDs, and navigating FDA/cGMP regulatory environments.
