Program Manager (Manufacturing)

$150,000 - $160,000 + Bonus + Equity + Benefits

This company is a rapidly expanding modular manufacturer backed by significant investment and entering a key phase of growth across North America. They are building world-class processes and delivery capability and now require a Program Manager to support strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency and coordinate live projects across the organization.
In this role you will work across design, manufacturing, procurement and construction to drive key initiatives, improve processes and ensure smooth delivery of live projects. You will help establish a central PMO, bring structure to fast-moving workstreams and support operational planning, analysis and workflow optimization, while coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners.
This role offers wide exposure, autonomy and the chance to directly support a high-growth manufacturing operation.
The Person
- Experience in program or project management within high-level manufacturing or management consultancy
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving environments
- Comfortable working with data, reporting and business analysis
- Proactive, detail-oriented and confident coordinating multiple stakeholders
