Production / Plant Manager - Injection Molding
Littleton, MA (Commutable from: Boston, Framingham, Worcester, Leominster, Lowell, Fitchburg, Chelmsford)
$120,000 - $145,000 + Further Management Training + Progression + 20% Annual Bonus + 5% 401k Match + Excellent Benefits Package
Are you a Production or Plant Manager with Injection Molding experience, looking to shape a market-leading business, offering further management training and progression to Director level?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on an established organization, where you will develop and nurture the plant's current management team, alongside playing a key role in growing the plant's workforce.
This company have a fantastic reputation in their industry, promote from within, and offer in-house and external training courses to progress their employees careers. They have recently purchased two new local plants due to their long term success and continue to invest heavily in state-of-the-art equipment.
In this role you will be directly overseeing three production supervisors, an operations lead, and a quality control manager, as well as indirectly managing 10 technicians and mechanics. You will spend 50% of the time out on the floor, and 50% in the office. This is a data driven role, ensuring the plants processes are running at maximum efficiency.
This role would suit a Production or Plant Manager with Injection Molding experience, looking to put their own stamp on a reputable organization, whilst receiving further management training and progressing to Director level.
The Role:
