This role would suit a seasoned Production Manager with a background in manufacturing operations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving efficiency, quality, and team success.

* Report Inventory and order materials.
* Offer hands on support to the production floor.
* Ensure production checks are met.
* Responsible for hiring staff and building your own team.

The Person:
* Management experience.
* Heavy Industrial Experience.
* Production planning/Warehouse management experience.
