Production Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Days-based + Benefits
Stoke-on-Trent (Commutable from: Crewe, Uttoxeter, Leek, Congleton, Stafford, Market Drayton, Stoke, Derby, Burton-upon-Trent)
Are you a Production, Engineering or Operational Manager looking to join a nationally-renowned business, where you will lead and develop your own team of Chemists / Operators in a varied Monday - Friday days based role?

This company have secured themselves as leaders within the Environmental market and have partnerships in place with leading clients across the UK. Due to innovative, forward thinking and high-end equipment, they are now looking to bring on board a new Production Manager.
In this varied role you will be based out of your own office and their fully-equipped processing plant. You will be responsible for managing a team of Chemists and Operators whilst implementing efficient processes.
This role would suit a Production Manager looking to take a pivotal role in an exciting expanding company, with great progression opportunities.
The Role:
- People Management within a Chemical / Industrial Plant.
- 50% Production / 50% Plant.
- Monday - Friday days role (8am - 5pm).
The Person:
- Supervisor, Head of, Manager, Team Leader.
- Production, Engineering or Operations.
- Commutable to Stoke.
