Production Engineer (Full Product Lifecycle)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Training & Development + Performance Bonus + Life Assurance + Benefits
Office based, commutable from Taunton, Exeter, Exmouth, Chard, Ilminster and surrounding areas.
Are you from a Production, Manufacturing or Process Engineering background from within Automotive, Aerospace, Defence or similar and looking to join a market leading business, where you can work on cutting edge engineering solutions, continuing your development through internal training and working on full product lifecycle from end to end as the go-to specialist within the business?

On offer is a Production Engineer position, where you will work alongside the Design, Manufacturing and Production teams throughout project lifecycle to ensure designs are fit for manufacture and that the production processes are efficient an scalable, working collaboratively with each step of the manufacturing process to ensure product process and timelines are smooth and effective.
This role would suit someone with a good technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, looking for the ability to showcase their skillset in a highly technical and very varied position, working in a niche sector on cutting edge equipment.
The Role:
*Working alongside Design, Production and Manufacturing teams to ensure designs are fit for manufacture
*Process evaluation and optimisation
*Highly collaborative
The Person:
*From a Production, Manufacturing or similar background within a precision manufacturing environment.
*Formal Engineering Qualification / Practicable Engineering Knowledge
*Full UK Drivers License
*Eligible for UK SC Clearance
