In this role, you'll support plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and deliver impactful production solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize plant performance, troubleshoot process challenges, lead root cause investigations, and drive productivity improvements across critical production assets.

The Role:
- Lead process optimization initiatives to increase production efficiency and product quality
- Support daily plant operations through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Analyze manufacturing equipment performance and identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve uptime
- Develop and implement engineering documentation, including process specifications
- Lead process-related capital projects from concept through implementation
- Collaborate with safety teams to ensure all process systems meet regulatory and environmental compliance
The Person:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related)
- Experience in chemical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and reliability engineering
