The Role:
Lead the technical services function for oral solid manufacturing projects
Manage documentation, validation, and process reports across departments
Support new product transfer and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure compliance and timely execution
The Person:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
Hands-on background in oral solid dosage manufacturing (tablets, capsules, etc.)
Experience leading or mentoring within Technical Services, R&D, or Manufacturing
Confident communicator with excellent organizational and documentation skills
