Press Brake Operator - Progression to Technical Consultant

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Press Brake Operator to step out of the shop floor and into a specialist Technical Consultant role, where you will be fully trained on advanced machinery, software, and customer applications.

This international business designs and supplies cutting edge fabrication equipment used across the manufacturing sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated individual with hands on press brake experience who wants to progress their career beyond production.
In this role, you will be trained to become an expert in machine demonstrations, software to machine integration, CAD/CAM applications, part programming, customer training and technical support. You will support customers across the GTA and occasionally travel for training.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brakes or fabrication machinery and will be looking for a long term progression path into a technical consulting position.

Supporting customers with demonstrations and applications
Learning software to machine integration
Programming and designing sample parts
Customer training and technical support

The Person:
Press Brake Operator or Fabrication Technician
Interest in CAD/CAM or technical consulting
Strong communication skills
Looking for long term training and progression
