$325,000 - $375,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + 6 Weeks PTO + Excellent Benefits + Relocation Package
Rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and visionary Executive Leader to lead its North American operations for a global, industry leader where you will be integral to the future success and growth of this world leading organization.
Are you an accomplished executive with a strategic, innovative outlook with experience of executive leadership within global organizations? Do you have an extensive and proven background in plastic or aluminium extrusions or industrial building materials? Previous experience working in Europe or European businesses is advantageous.

Leading this fantastic organization, your mission will be looking to take the business through its next evolutionary phase.
In this role your key responsibilities will be;
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Group CEO to align North American operations with global strategic goals and the company's mission.
- Leadership: Lead the North American Executive Leadership Team of 7 direct reports whilst utilizing modern leadership strategies.
- Operational: Develop and Implement strategies to enhance the company's value proposition.
- Growth and Innovation: Drive plans to support growth, sustainability and innovation.
- Customer Engagement: Meet with key customers and suppliers, leading negotiations and developing strong relationships.
- Financial Leadership: Oversee budget planning, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the board, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
This key position will suit a CEO / COO / Managing Director / President, who has a hands on approach to leadership with extensive experience within Plastics Manufacturing / Aluminium Extrusion or Building Material Manufacturing, and looking to make a significant impact in a company that values innovation, sustainability, and growth.
The Person:
- Executive Leadership Experience within a Global Organization
- Success in engaging and empowering a high-functioning results-driven environment
- Ability to communicate, influence, align, and establish trust with cross functional teams
- Experience developing strategy and leading business evolution with sustained positive P&L impact
- Experience of modern leadership principles
- 'Hands on' Leader with a 'People First' mindset
- Must have experience within Plastics - Ideally Extrusion or Aluminium Extrusion / Building Material Manufacturing
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related with MBA or Master's Degree
- Must have experience of dealing with European and North America Executive Boards
- Experience of working in Europe or European Organizations
- Live in Ohio or serious about relocating to Ohio (relocation package offered).
