In this varied role, you will take on a supervisory position with a department while staying hands on. This will include using cutting edge technology in the operations of power plant equipment, carrying out tasks on the floor, and supporting the AO and CRO in supervising the plant.
This role will suit a Power Plant Supervisor or Auxiliary Operator looking for progression in an environment which embraces teamwork and provides opportunities for growth.
The Role:
·Supervise plant operations and ensure shifts run smoothly
·Rotate on call for outages with a mixture of days/nights
·Progress into Operations Manager role
The Person:
·Boiler and Steam-generating power stations experience
·Skilled in troubleshooting equipment, systems and training personnel on this
·Wants progression into more senior positions through training and performance
