Pool Superintendent
Miami, FL (can be located anywhere in Tri-County area - Miami-Dade, Broward and West Palm Counties).
$80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Insurances + Company Vehicle/Allowance + PTO
Excellent opportunity for a Superintendent to join one of the most reputable pool builders in the state, providing the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality and exciting custom swimming pool projects.
On offer is the chance to work on some of the most exciting and diverse projects in the tri-county area, while having the opportunity to leverage the diversity of your experience to drive the company forward.
This is for a well established and highly regarded custom pool builder in the state of Florida. Producing award-winning pools for their clients, they have an exciting pipeline of work and are looking for a Superintendent to join and contribute to their strategic growth.
Put simply, in this role you will have the opportunity to change lives. The high quality operation is fundamental to managing the company through the pipeline of projects and their next stages of development.
This role would ideally suit a Superintendent who has experience working on pool construction projects up to $25m in value. Equally, those with experience with custom home building and plumbing construction will also be considered.

The Role
- Schedules, budgets, submittals, reports and project site safety. Liaising with all relevant stakeholders to see project through to completion.
- Experience running multiple projects.
- $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Insurances + Company Vehicle/Allowance + PTO
The Person
- Commercial or Residential construction experience
- Luxury / Custom pool building experience.
