The Role:
Train and assess plumbing and gas apprentices in line with college and awarding body standards
Manage a caseload of learners and conduct regular reviews with employers
Deliver tailored coaching, mentoring and progress monitoring
Ensure learners are fully prepared for EPA (End Point Assessment)
Provide constructive feedback and support learners with functional skills if required
Travel between college campuses and employer sites as part of your caseload
The Person:
Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent
Minimum CCN1 and CENWAT gas qualifications (essential)
Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle (insured for business use)
Passionate about helping others develop skills and succeed in their careers
