King's Lynn (with travel to South - Erith, Kent)
£40,500 - £49,500 + Teacher & Assessor Training + 37.5hr Week + Outstanding Benefits
Are you an experienced Plant Operator ready to step off site and pass your skills on to the next generation? This is your opportunity to join leading training provider as a Plant Operations Trainer, delivering high-quality training and assessments to apprentices and commercial learners.
You'll teach practical and theory-based sessions on plant machinery such as excavators, dumpers and rollers, while also delivering CPCS assessments. You'll ensure training reflects industry best practice, promote a safe and inclusive environment, and inspire learners to thrive in construction.
Whether you've taught before or not, if you've got the industry experience and the passion to guide others, we'll give you the teacher and assessor training you need to succeed.
The Role
Deliver practical and theory-based plant operations training
Operate and train on excavators, dumpers, rollers and more
Deliver CPCS assessments to industry standards
Support course development and quality improvement
Travel between Bircham Newton and Erith as required
The Person
Level 3 vocational qualification in Plant Operations (or equivalent)
CPCS or NPORS licences
Recent hands-on experience in plant operations
Level 3 teaching qualification (or willing to achieve in 12 months)
Assessor Award (or willing to achieve in 12 months)
Organised, safety-focused, and passionate about training others
