Plant Operations Manager

Are you looking for an autonomous, high impact opportunity leading daily operations for an award-winning manufacturing business working across a range of critical projects?
In this position you will lead multi-disciplinary teams such as maintenance, facility admin and production to process, package and distribute a range of products. You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing a strong work culture, leading with empathy and accountability. You will lead plant operations, develop strong relationships and standards to enhance a world class operation and company culture. This position offers a high level of autonomy, technically challenges, multi-team leadership and long-term progression as they continue to invest in the latest technology supporting their exciting growth plans for 2026.

The Position:
* Work collaboratively with senior leadership, maintenance, production and admin across a range of key projects
* Lead, develop and guide daily plant operations, developing standards, making improvements across a range of departments
* Play an instrumental role in enhancing a strong company culture

The Person:
* Proven Operations Manager with a background in Manufacturing (preferably food or beverage)
* Experience developing culture, change management and operational management
* Engineering, Project Management, Process Engineering or similar Degree
