Are you an experienced Plant Manager looking for a high-impact role where you can truly improve operations, modernize a facility, and help shape the future of a growing manufacturing site?

You will be responsible for driving plant efficiency, improving processes and workflows, overseeing machinery and facility operations, supporting production and quality, managing inventory and shipping activities, and partnering closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
This role would suit a hands-on Plant Manager with a strong manufacturing background who enjoys operational ownership, continuous improvement, and leading by example in a growing facility.
The Role:
- Lead day-to-day plant and facility operations
- Drive efficiency, process improvement, and operational excellence
- Supporting quality control, inventory and shipping
The Candidate:
- Strong background in plant or facility management
- Manufacturing experience (woodworking, metal, or custom fabrication)
- Experienced with continuous improvement and safety regulations
