Plant Engineering Manager

This is an autonomous, high-impact position where you will act as a crucial link, collaborating with senior leadership, engineering teams, and external contractors across all major automation and engineering capital projects. You will lead a team of 5 engineers and be directly responsible for the successful execution of capital projects, major equipment upgrades, and new technology installations, with visibility and influence across our additional manufacturing sites.

The Position:
- Lead and manage complex automation and engineering capital projects within a fast-growing manufacturing business investing in state-of-the-art technology
- Play a vital role in the design, development and construction of the organizations largest facility
- Lead a team of 5 through these projects whilst upskilling and developing them
- You will be to go to expert for all processing engineering and manufacturing activities, with a high degree of autonomy to enhance the plants

- Engineering, Project Management, Process Engineering or similar Degree
