£35,000-£40,000 + DAYS BASED ROLE + OFF THE TOOLS + HYBRID/ WORK FROM HOME ROLE + Pension + Full Training + 38 Days Holiday

In this Monday to Friday, days-based role, you will work with small groups of post-16 learners, delivering engaging and practical Physics education that supports their wider technical and vocational development.

The Role:
*Working with small groups of post-16 learners
*Delivering Physics lessons that support engineering, science, or technical programmes
*Developing and preparing schemes of work and lesson plans
*Planning, preparing, and conducting assessments in line with awarding body standards
*Ensuring all relevant paperwork relating to training, assessments, and learner progress is completed on time and accurately

The Person:
*Qualified Physics teacher or lecturer from secondary school or FE college background
*Passionate about Physics and its application to technical and engineering pathways
*Interested in transitioning into a trainer/tutor role in a training provider environment
*Holds a relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, CertEd) and a degree in a related subject
