Are you a recently graduated or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant? Do you have any experience within the residential sector?
Established for over 30 years, this company are an award-winning masterplanning practice who specialise in residential developments for large housebuilders. Due to continued expansion they are looking for a highly motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team in Bristol.
In this role you will work on a wide variety of residential projects for major housebuilders. These can range in size and scale anywhere from single plot - 100 units. The company are really big on developing their staff and can offer plenty of support to become Part 3 qualified. For the right candidate, opportunities to progress within the business are available.
This is a varied and interesting role which would ideally suit either a newly qualified or experienced Part 2 preferably with experience in the residential sector who is looking to work on a variety of interesting projects with lots of scope to develop your career.
* Part 2 Architectural Assistant
* Working on the planning side of residential development projects for major housebuilder
* Projects ranging from 1 - 100 units
* Support to become Part 3 qualified
* Either a recently graduated or experienced Part 2
* Ideally some experience within the residential sector
* Knowledge of AutoCAD
* Commutable to Bristol
