Operations Support Technician
$30-$55 per hour + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401(k) + PTO

On offer is a field-based position where you'll perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and major component repair across multiple wind turbine sites. Working alongside a highly skilled team, you'll ensure optimal performance, uphold strict safety standards, and gain exposure to large-scale renewable energy operations across the US.
This role would suit an experienced and safety-focused wind technician who enjoys variety, travel, and continuous learning, with clear progression opportunities into senior technical or management positions.
The Role:
- Perform turbine assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, and retrofitting to ensure optimal turbine performance
- Conduct major component replacements and preventative maintenance across renewable energy sites
- Support Root Cause Analysis, documentation management, and compliance with industry standards
- Travel up to 85% to different project sites across North America
The Candidate:
- Experienced Wind Turbine Technician with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Skilled in troubleshooting, rigging, and safe handling of major turbine components
- Comfortable with working at heights (up to 120m) and in varying weather conditions
