The role:
* Ensure seamless day-to-day running of the facility.
* Take ownership of Logistics, Purchasing, and Supply Chain alongside plant operations.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and performance.
The candidate:
* MBA or Bachelor's in Business Administration (or related field).
* Proven Operations Supervisor/Manager experience within manufacturing.
* Strong business acumen and demonstrable expertise in facility management.
