Are you looking for a role where you can grow within an ambitious renewable energy company?

Based in Hungen this company specialise in the renewable energy sector. After further investment they are going through a considerable growth phase which requires them to recruit an office manager who will oversea and manage the development of the office side of the business.

In this key position, you will work closely with the managing director. You will cover- sales, finance, technical field service, supply chain, technical support, quality and HSE - but also with suppliers, project partners and customers.

As the coordinator for all personnel matters, you will be responsible for the onboarding process for new employees, the creation of contract documents and other documents and the organization of the administrative area of ??applicant management.

The ideal candidate will have office management experience where you have covered hr activities as well as finance.

The role:

*You are the right hand of the management and in this function you take on an important role in the work flow of the management, but also as a contact person for the colleagues
*Assumption of general assistant and office management tasks and support of the management in day-to-day business in organizational issues
*Coordination of all HR activities for the employees of the GmbH
*Cooperation with tax advisors on payroll and financial accounting
*Supplier management and development - in cooperation with the material & logistics coordinator & UK procurement team
*Obtaining and preparing supplier and customer offers
*Approval of orders to suppliers
*Preparation and review of travel expense reports
*In a professional and service-oriented manner, you will handle correspondence in German and English, among other things.

The person:

*Have experience in the coordination of all HR activities.
*Have experience on office admin such as book keeping.
*Office management experience
*Keen to grow within an ambitious company.
*Live commutable to Hungen.
