Are you an engineer or Product Consultant from an automotive manufacturing background, looking for a role that allows you to take the lead on OE Tier 1 projects with direct progression to Directorship?

In this technical role, you will manage OE Tier 1 projects, serve as the specialized point of contact for customers, and communicate technical requirements to internal teams, such as R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales.
This role would suit an automotive engineer or technically-minded professional looking to move into a project management position, with a wide scope for growth and progression to Manager and Directorship!
The Role:
- Lead Tier 1 OE projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to develop solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Analyse customer specifications to ensure compliance, feasibility, and integration with Nexen products.
Provide expert technical support to clients and act as the liaison between customers and internal teams.
Facilitate communication and feedback between customers and product development teams to improve product quality.
The Person:
- Engineering experience in the automotive industry, ideally with OE tire or automotive component exposure.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
