1st Shift - Weekends Friday - Sunday (6:00 - 6:30am)
3-6 month contract (potential to go permanent)
Are you a NDT FPI Level 2 Inspector looking for your next immediately available contract opportunity within the aerospace industry, with the potential to move into a direct hire role?
This is an opportunity to join a well-established, world-renowned aerospace manufacturer known for quality, stability, and long-term employee retention. You'll be part of a collaborative NDT team within a modern investment casting facility, supporting critical inspection and production activities.
You'll be hands-on performing fluorescent penetrant inspections on aerospace components, interpreting results against engineering requirements, and ensuring compliance with NAS 410 and internal quality standards.
This role would suit a NDT FPI Level 2 Inspector seeking a contract position with a clear pathway into a permanent role in a respected manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Perform fluorescent penetrant inspections (FPI) in line with NAS 410 requirements
- Inspect investment castings and evaluate results against engineering specifications
- Accurately document inspection findings and reports
The Person
- NDT FPI Level 2 Technician
- Experience performing fluorescent penetrant inspections
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
