Multi-Skilled Field Technician - Car Wash Systems
Southern Germany - Ideally based in Stuttgart or surrounding areas
€35,000 - €49,000 + Company Car + 30 Days Holiday + Long-Term Stability
Are you a multi-skilled technician with strong electrical knowledge looking for a stable, long-term field-based role?
Do you enjoy hands-on work, supporting installations, maintenance, and repairs of large mechanical systems?
I am currently representing a globally established car wash operator and manufacturer, who design, manufacture, and operate their own machinery across many locations worldwide. With a strong presence in Germany since the 1960s, they are now looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Field Technician to support their Southern Germany region following internal changes within the team.
In this role, you will be working closely with experienced technicians, assisting with the maintenance, repair, and assembly of car wash systems. You will be field-based, travelling to sites across Southern Germany, supporting service work, organising jobs, and ensuring machinery operates reliably across their established network. Full induction and shadowing will be provided to support your onboarding.
The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background, good general mechanical ability, and a hands-on, can-do attitude. Experience with machinery assembly, electrical wiring, and fault-finding is essential, while welding and power tool experience would be highly beneficial.

The Role:
- Assisting technicians with maintenance and repairs of car wash machinery
- Assembly of parts and support with mechanical and electrical work
- Organising service schedules and supporting technicians on-site
- Supporting fault-finding, repairs, and general technical work
- Occasional welding and use of power tools where required
The Candidate:
- Strong electrical background with general mechanical skills
- Experience as a multi-skilled technician or similar technical role
- Comfortable with machinery assembly and electrical wiring
- Welding and angle grinder experience desirable
- German level B1-B2
- Based in or commutable to Frankfurt or Southern Germany
