£36,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Overtime + Door to Door
Home based role: ( Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol. Cheltenham, Worcester, Coventry, Gloucester, Kidderminster, Bath, Banbury & Surrounding areas)

This is a field role covering an area from the East Midlands to Southwest, completing tasks such as maintenance / repairs / fault investigation.
In this role you will provide maintenance, service & installation across a wide range of customers in a day based varied role.
This role would suit a refrigeration engineer looking to work for a fast-growing organisation where you can develop as an engineer.
The Role
*Diagnose and repair mobile refrigeration units, aiming for first-time fixes
*Carry out on-site callouts at roadside locations, customer depots, and VMUs
*Perform maintenance, repairs, and fault investigations
*Support aftermarket activities, including service and test procedures
*Contribute to R&D and wider engineering investigations
The Person
*Experience in refrigeration or HVAC, with mechanical and basic electrical skills (F-Gas Cat 1, UK manual licence)
*Able to diagnose and repair faults efficiently and meet deadlines
*Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
*Positive attitude with a passion for sustainability
