$120,000 - $130,000 + Fantastic benefits Package
Excellent opportunity for an MEP Superintendent with large construction project experience looking to join a globally-renowned business in a role where you will play a key part in a ground-breaking project.

In this role you will lead and coordinate subcontractor and site activities on site, manage compliance and ensure schedules are kept throughout one of the largest projects to come to Miami.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a superintendent role working on large-scale, construction projects throughout all phases.

The role:
- Coordinate all onsite activities on a unique construction project
- Managing subcontractors and activities
- Full compliance and scheduling
- Materials inventory and storage
The person:
- Experience in an MEP Superintendent role
- Previously worked for a General Contractor
- Large-scale construction project experience
